We were high school sweethearts. One day she disappeared after class and didn’t come back. She left me high and dry. I was angry. I took it out on her by sleeping with her best friend. Then she showed back up months later with story I didn’t believe. I was done.

Fast forward 18 years and my band made it, I married her best friend after she got pregnant, and now I have a seventeen-year-old son who’s stuck in the middle of our divorce.

Out of the blue, I saw my ex again. Feelings arose I thought I buried years ago. She’s still mine. I proved it against a wall after a heated argument. I found out there’s been no one else since me, and now that I’ve had her again, I’ll make sure there is no one else.

Then I met her son, and he looks just like me. He’s also seventeen and best friends with my son. [Amazon]

This book may cause some triggers for some. Take that into account before reading it.

OMG, I loved this book. It’s one of the best-written stories I have read in a long time. “Until death do us part. It’s supposed to be that simple”. But it’s not. “The thing about me is, once you cross me, I don’t give you second chances”. “That’s the one thing I always knew was true with us. We were meant for each other from the very beginning”. Sometimes a damaged heart isn’t so easily mended. This book is full of mystery and intrigue. It is action-packed with a lot of twists and turns. It will keep you on the edge of your seat.

Jamie is a member of the rock band, Bleeding Heart. He is a newly divorced man from a woman he never loved. Then he comes face to face with the only woman he has always loved.

Jenna Elise is a senior special agent for the FBI. She counts on Cole, a member of the band, more than she should. They couldn’t stand each other before it happened. Now she’s face to face with the man that shattered her heart.
